Mason Distributing wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please notify us within 15 days of the purchase and you will be given a return authorization number. Our phone number is 1-800-777-3977. Mason Distributing accepts orders by credit card only. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Mason Distributing takes every precaution to protect your credit card and personal information. Your information (credit card number, name, and address) is encrypted so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped to you. All in-stock products ordered will be shipped within 3 - 4 business days. Shipping and handling charges will be added to all orders. We ship items as they become available. Should an item be out of stock at the time of your original order, a separate shipping charge will be added to each backorder shipped out. A separate shipping charge is incurred on all shipments.
All orders are shipped by UPS. No orders will be shipped to post office box addresses as UPS does not deliver to post office boxes. Shipping outside of contiguous U.S. requires payment of actual shipping costs. All Virginia residents must pay an additional 4.5% for state sales tax. This is not optional.
